RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
NOTE: This Return & Refund Policy only applies for items purchased directly from this site. Orders that were placed in our marketplace are subject to the respective’s marketplace’s return & refund policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We have a return policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date you received it.
2. All merchandise will be accompanied with a tag that must stay attached to return. All other original tags must remain attached to the garment and the garment must be in the original packaging.
3. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original condition. Worn, used, damaged items and/or items without original packaging cannot be accepted for a return/refund.
4. Item(s) purchased on discount due to a sale, special offer, or discount code, are final and cannot be returned for a refund. The only exception being if the item is faulty.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:
1. A prepaid return label will be included on your order. Please inspect your package. It wouldn’t be hard to miss. The return label will be address to DRESS CONFIDENTLY LLC with the return address to PO BOX 1403 Titusville, FL 32780.
2. You can reuse the same box your orders came in. You can also use the polymailers included on your order. Simply attach the return label and drop it off to USPS or schedule a USPS pick-up if it applies to your location.
3. Your return must be with USPS within 7 business days.
4. When you return the item, a $9.99 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the item you receive doesn’t match what was listed or described, we will waive the restocking fee.
5. Ensure all tags are attached and the garments are placed in the original packaging.
6. Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and not altered in any way, the garments are to be in the original condition.
7. REFUNDS: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approve, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
